Titanfall's Massive Update Adds Co Op Mode Called Frontier Defense
Recently, Respawn Entertainment announced the official release of the latest yet biggest update for Titanfall. It's actually the largest update ever released for the game and it brings a whole new co-op game mode, which is called Frontier Defense. In this mode, players team with other three players to defend a vital objective from increasingly intense wave of AI foes.
Based on Ubergizmo, as mentioned previously, the biggest update will surely give players the best gaming experience. Aside from adding a new game mode, the update also brings some fixes that will boost the overall gameplay. Some fixes for online play are also included.
There are also some additions made to Titanfall. There is a full minimap that can be brought up through pressing Right D-Pad or pressing M key on PC. There are also new seven Titan Insignias. Some changes have made to existing modes also.
GamingBolt also reported that the last major update for the game added Wingman Last Titan Standing, which allowed two versus two combat in Titans to the featured list of game modes.
The second game mode is called Marked for Death Pro. This is extremely similar to the Marked for Death. The rounds are said to be single elimination in the game mode though. There is also another game mode known as Deadly Ground. In gamers' community, this is called The Floor is Lava.
If you are playing on Deadly Ground, your character will be damaged as Respawn Entertainment added a new feature on the game, which adds ranked play to Titanfall together with the game modes that were first released. Some fans say that this is a bit too late. Titanfall also don't have much FPS competition when it was released for the first time.
However, according to Air Herald, many players were irritaterd when Respawn Entertainment kept releasing some map packs for the game. Gamers thought that they should be giving additional feature updates like the latest one.
The patch also adds 17 more achievements to the game. Titanfall came out this spring for Xbox One, PC, and Xbox 360.
