The Entertainment Industry Offfers Up Prayers for Celine Dion as She Mourns for the Death of Her Husband and Brother

Upon hearing the deaths of Celine Dion's husband as well as older brother, the entertainment community have responded over social media with prayers. Gospel artist and former Destiny Child member Michelle Williams, Reba McEntire, LeAnn Rimes, Ariana Grande, Chris Mann and many others have expressed their condolences and prayers.
Dion's husband, René Angélil, died on Jan. 14 at age 73 after battling throat cancer. Only days later, on Jan. 16, Dion's brother Daniel, 59, also passed away. He had brain, tongue and throat cancer. Daniel was 59 years old. Celine canceled her Vegas tour following the death of her husband. Our prayers are with Celine and her family at this incredibly difficult time.
