Ivan Parker Signs with Difference Media & Plans New Album for July
Multi award-winning Southern Gospel artist Ivan Parker-one of the genre's leading male vocalists for more than three decades-has signed an exclusive recording agreement with Difference Media, it was recently announced. Parker's highly anticipated debut for the label, to be produced by industry veteran Garry Jones, is slated for a July release.
"I am delighted and honored to welcome one of America's most celebrated soloists, Ivan Parker, to the Difference Media family," said Pastor John Hagee of Cornerstone Church. "Ivan will be joining us on the road in Branson, Missouri, April 28 and 29 and can also be seen hosting his show, 'Timeless Gospel,' on GETV.org."

Ivan Parker has been one of Southern Gospel's most acclaimed vocalists for more than three decades. He has garnered 21 Singing News Fan Awards, highlighted by 11 Favorite Male Singer honors. Parker's numerous #1 Southern Gospel radio singles include "Hit The Ground Running," "I Choose," and his signature song, "Midnight Cry." He was lead singer for the Dove Award-winning quartet Gold City from 1983-1993, before embarking on a solo career in 1994. As a solo artist, he has released 17 recordings and three DVDs, along with being featured in 32 best-sellingGaither Homecoming videos.
