Grammy-Nominated Singer Anita Wilson New Album 'Vintage Worship' Releases April 2014 |
Anita Wilson, the Grammy, Stellar, and Dove award nominated singer from Motown Gospel made a trip to Nashville recently to share her sophomore album, VINTAGE WORSHIP, for a listening session at the Motown Gospel offices on Tuesday, April 1st.
They shared the 11 songs from the upcoming album for a variety of industry executives, radio personalities, and fellow recording artists such as Connie Dickerson (WQQK 92QFM), Lady Shaunte (WENO 760 AM), Roger Ryan, Demetrus Stewart, Tammy Taylor, Thomas Rollins (New Day Distribution), Benita Washington, Tray Simmons (Bravo Voice), and Jackie Patillo (Gospel Music Association), who also led the evening's closing prayer.
Wilson has also held listening sessions in Chicago and Atlanta sharing her tracks including the electric, foot-stomping lead single "That's What He's Done For Me," "Gooder Than Good," "Oh How I Love Jesus" (featuring Bishop Yvette Flunder and Avery Sunshine), and the ever-soulful "Keep Doing What You're Doing." She will continue the listening sessions to build press for the new album including a stop in New York City on April 21st.
