BEN TANKARD Garners Dove Award Music Nomination and Releases THE FULL TANK LIFE Book

NBC / Bravo reality TV star, award-winning Gospel/Jazz pianist and private pilot, Ben Tankard, continues to soar with a Full Tank to new flight levels with his recent Dove Award nomination for Best Instrumental CD Full Tank 2.0 and the release of his new self help book: The Full Tank Life: Fuel Your Dreams, Ignite Your Destiny.
Available in hardback, paperback, ebook and audiobook versions on August 30, The Full Tank Life is published by FaithWords / Hachette Publishing, also the literary home for New York Times best-selling authors Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, and Bishop T.D. Jakes.
"This is exciting! I feel so honored to be nominated by my music peers for yet another Dove Award," Tankard says.
The nationally televised GMA Dove Awards is Gospel music's biggest night of the year, featuring top artists from the many different genres of Gospel and Christian music. Hosted this year by Tye Tribbett and For King and Country, the evening of music and celebration held at Allen Arena on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. www.doveawards.com
"I am equally excited about this new chapter in my career with my partnership with FaithWords and the release of my new book which I believe will help readers get their dreams out of neutral and in gear for Destiny," Tankard explains. "One of the key principles taught in my book is how to Self-Align by 7:59. This simply means to take charge of your day like the super successful and accomplish more BEFORE 7:59am than many people accomplish in a full day."
These early morning steps include: A) Pray and Praise. B) Exercise and Eat. C) Read and Reflect. D) Dream and Direct.
The key to achieving these steps is to leave your cell phone in the bed when you get up! Don't begin your day on someone else's terms with your phone, tablet, computer or social media. You will be well on your way to a Full Tank Life when you develop the proper habits to command your day early.
Sr. VP/Editor-In-Chief of Black Enterprise Magazine, Derek T. Tingle was so excited after his early review of The Full Tank Life that he tweeted a quote from one of the "BENspirations" segments of the book: "You will never outgrow warfare - you will simply have to learn to fight harder. Remember, new levels bring new devils @BenTankard."
As a former pro basketball shooting guard, Tankard is used to making adjustments and changing directions. In addition to grueling "Thicker Than Water: The Tankards" reality TV shooting schedules and pastoral duties at his church near Nashville, he is currently on a Full Tank Life promotional sponsored tour which includes national TV and radio stops at DayStar, TBN, CBN, Fox, NBC, ABC, and more. U.S. Cities are being added daily for his free-to-the-public concerts and book signings. Churches and event planners should call BEN-Jamin' offices now to be added to the list of tour stops.
