Jekalyn Carr Honored by Billboard with 7 Top Positions in Their Year End Charts

Billboard just released its 2016 "Year-End" charts and Lunjeal Music Group independent recording artist Jekalyn Carr have claimed seven top positions throughout several Gospel charts. Carr's Billboard #1 bonafide hit single "You're Bigger," is positioned in the Top 15 on Hot Gospel Airplay Songs (#2), Gospel Airplay Artists (#5), Hot Gospel Songs Artists (#6), Top Gospel Artists (#8), Hot Gospel Songs (#8), Gospel Digital Songs Artist (#9) and Gospel Digital Songs charts (#11) for her bonafide hit single "You're Bigger".
2016 has been a banner year for Carr with her recently being nominated for her first ever GRAMMY nomination in the category of Best Gospel Performance/Song for her single "You're Bigger".
Carr's single "You're Bigger" hit #1 on the Billboard's Gospel Airplay chart on September 14th. The single spent four non-consecutive weeks at #1 and twenty-three consecutive weeks in the Top 2. Her album THE LIFE PROJECT, also debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Gospel Albums chart and has remained in the Top 20 position since its debut. In addition, "You're Bigger" hit #1 on the Billboard's Digital Songs chart (digital downloads) four non-consecutive weeks. Carr's song also climbed on Billboard's Adult R&B Radio Airplay charts peaking at #31 with a #1 "New & Active" bullet.
