Jenny Gill, Stepdaughter of Amy Grant, is Pregnant With Second Child
Singer and songwriter Jenny Gill has revealed that she has another baby on the way. Gill is the stepdaughter of CCM stalwart Amy Grant and the daughter of country music singer Vince Gill. Currently, Jenny Gill is not on tour and appears to be focusing on her pregnancy and family life.
"Well it's official...Baby #2 arriving January 2018! #herewegoagain," Gill writes on her social pages.
Jenny Gill is married to her childhood friend Josh Van Valkenburg in a ceremony at her father and stepmom Amy Grant's home in 2010. This new baby will be the couple's second child after the birth of their son Wyatt Gill Van Valkenburg in 2014.
Gill released her debut six-song EP, The House Sessions, in February, which includes special guest appearances from Sheryl Crow, Willie Weeks, Jack Pearson and Jon Randall. She also wrote five of the six songs on the EP. According to Gill, The House Sessions is meant to establish her own sound and curb any preconceived perception of her work because of her family name.
