Tim Lovelace’s Father Passes Away

With deepest sympathy, StowTown Records must share that comedian/musician Tim Lovelace's father, Harold Lovelace, has passed away. Harold lived in Saraland, Alabama, and passed away peacefully Sunday evening, July 1, 2018.
Tim said, "Dad had a variety of interests throughout his lifetime, but his love for gospel music was a mainstay. He attended the Stamps-Baxter School of Music in Dallas, Texas, as a teenager. He was a great trumpet player and played in the Auburn University marching band. He loved harmony, and some of his favorite groups were The Statesmen Quartet, The Weatherfords, The Speer Family and The Cathedral Quartet. He also loved to travel, and it was such a blessing to be present when he took his final and greatest journey. I am so thankful that Heaven is real and Dad is now with Mom, living in the eternal home of perfect harmony ... all because of Christ, our Savior!"
