Village Lights Hope to Bring Reconciliation and Unity Through New Single "Unbroken Family"

Church conflicts are real. According to a recent survey an estimate of 1,400 pastors resign from their churches each month in the US alone. More churches close down not because of hersey or doctrinal disputes. Rather, the major culprit that has led to church closures is conflict and the failure to seek resolution.
Worship collective Village Lights have first hand experience about church conflicts and scandals. In the midst of going through such a troubled time, they have partnered with Matt Maher to pen their latest Integrity Music single "Unbroken Family." The song is taken from their brand new three-song self-titled EP.
The band writes: "We all bring some brokenness from within our family, but this song is also about the family of God, the Trinity, and the sacrifice of Jesus to unite and bring us into salvation even in our brokenness."
O Savior, come and make a home
With stubborn hearts of sin and stone
Made humbled by Your kindness shown
Lord have mercy, have mercy
Village Lights is a collective of individual artists (Ike Ndolo, Sarah Kroger, and Ricky Vazquez) from Nashville, TN and Arizona. Their brand new self-titled EP releases today. These songs were written to be anthems of freedom and bringing others deeper into the love and liberation found in God.
When asked about what drove them to birth this EP, Village Lights explain, "We came together to try to create songs of worship that would speak to the hearts of the faithful but also are an invitation to those who don't know God yet."
