Jamie Kimmett Airlifted to Hospital After Car Accident

Scottish singer and songwriter Jamie Kimmett was involved in a major car accident on Friday while driving home from a concert in Arkansas. He was hit by an 18 wheeler truck and was airlifted to a nearby hospital. He is currently stable, and his team is asking fans to donate to the GoFundMe they set up for him.
Kimmett's team reports, "Jamie was involved in a serious car accident and hit by an 18 wheeler truck on Friday evening whilst driving home from a concert in Arkansas. He was airlifted by helicopter and rushed to the ER dept of a nearby hospital. He is currently in a stable condition with doctors describing the fact he survived as "remarkable" and "1000-1". We praise God for this miracle and would ask that you please pray for him as he recovers at home."
Kimmett has already a staple at radio with his first top 10 radio hit, "Prize Worth Fighting For," and he's making a name for himself on the road. He's also shared the stage with Zach Williams and for King & Country, and is now on tour with Casting Crowns through the fall.
Yet, Jamie Kimmett's story is a unique one. He's been honored to work with some of the biggest names in the music industry - Steve Porcaro (Toto band member, songwriter of Michael Jackson's "Human Nature"), Randy Jackson ("American Idol"), Babyface (Al Green, Whitney Houston, Bruno Mars) - and he sang on demo tracks for Michael Jackson. He was even offered a coveted record deal, but he turned it down.
