Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain Release Date for PS4, Xbox One Accidentally Leaked by the Guardian after an Interview with Kojima
Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain is coming for X Box one, and PS4 with the release date slated for early next year. The game has earned positive feedback from gamers across social media platforms probably because of the involving details as well as the clarity of the graphics concerning the game itself. However, many people may be impressed by the next generation graphics which are evident on the Kojima game but the MGS creator Hideo Kojima is still not satisfied especially when he saw what Rockstar did to the Grand Theft Auto franchise for the PS4 as well as other next generation consoles.
The interesting thing is that the actual release date may have been leaked even though it seems that the creators do not want that information out yet. The Guardian released details of an interview with the legendary creator himself and the last paragraph stated that Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain would be out the coming year for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on March 17, 2015. The release date was quickly edited so that it only read early 2015, but a user on Reddit managed to grab the original screenshot of the article before it was edited to prove the theory. That would mean that the date is in fact accurate but that information was not for the public just yet.
That would also suggest that the Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain is being released about one year after the prequel Ground Zeroes ground zero is going to be launched. There are no other major releases during that period meaning it should not have a hard time kicking off. In the interview with Kojima, it was revealed that he actually like films and compared them to games which is part of the success that his games have had. Apparently, it is easier to focus on something that goes for ninety minute duration. On the other hand, it is more exhausting and demotivating for the player, so he looks for ways to change the mood dynamics via comic relief and unexpected twists.
