Planetshakers Releases “Wash Over Me - Live” Single / Video Ahead Of New Album

Internationally recognized praise and worship band Planetshakers releases "Wash Over Me-Live" globally today (July 5) from Venture3Media (V3M) at all major digital and streaming outlets via https://hypeddit.com/planetshakers/washoverme. The single will be featured on the band's new, full-length album, Winning Team, set to release July 19.
Written and produced by Joth Hunt, "Wash Over Me" was recorded live at Planetshakers Conference 2024 in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and is a reminder to turn your eyes to Jesus.
"Sometimes we need that reminder in our lives. When things aren't going so great, we need to get in His presence and allow His presence to wash over us, to wash away those things that are bringing us down with the pain, the sadness," says Hunt. "And yeah, we might not see things physically change around us, but what changes is our heart and our perspective. Singing these lyrics helps remind us."
"It's one of those songs that we sing every week," adds Pastor Sam Evans. "People keep on encountering God with it. They're just grabbing a hold of what Jesus has done and celebrating it, and then, out of that celebration, they're seeing the miracles."
PRE-CHORUS:
The atmosphere changes
The moment You enter the room
My heart's desire is to encounter You
CHORUS:
You're falling like the rain, refreshing me again
Come and wash over me, come and wash over me
I'll never be the same, forever I am changed
Come and wash over me, come and wash over me
