B. Chase Williams & ShaBach Return "Bigger, Better, Greater" After a 10 Year-Hiatus (Video)
DREAM Gospel Records has just released "LIVE Again - Bigger, Better, Greater," the debut album by B. Chase Williams & ShaBach this week. After a 10 year hiatus, B. Chase Williams is finally back with a brand new live album that features worship songs such as "We Come to Praise," "My Everything," "He's Gonna Do It" and "I Shall Live."
In 1994 B. Chase Williams came to the music scene when he signed a deal with then Intersound Records. His debut release entitled "Take A Trip" hit number #2 on Billboard gospel charts, and remained in the top 20 at radio for over 18 weeks. In 1998 Williams released his sophomore effort "Give It Up." This release didn't at all mirror the success of his previous release. Uncertain of how to navigate the industries current transition Chase refocused serving the music department of the local church.
When asked about his signing with DREAM Gospel Records and his new album, B. Chase Williams has this to say: "I'm excited and humbled about this new project entitled: "Live Again- Bigger, Better, Greater" and especially of this first single "He's Gonna Do It" because it speaks of the journey of my life. When I thought it was OVER for me, God said NOT SO! Things that God spoke to me many years ago, things that I laid out before the Lord in prayer that seemed like they were not gonna happen and I got discouraged and kind of seemed to let them die. But GOD rose up and spoke a word to me through my best friend and manager John Hart saying "You Shall LIVE AGAIN and this time it will be Bigger, Better & Greater!" Well as I began to write and review tracks for this project; this track was submitted and it was based on the scripture Numbers 23:19 that says: "God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent; if He said it, It shall come to pass. That caused something to leap in my spirit and brought confirmation of where I was in my journey so I began to speak life over my own life and ministry, over the lives of those that are connected to me in ministry and that will be affected by our ministry that no matter where you are in life; no matter what you go through; Don't give up, Don't throw in the towel because IF GOD SAID IT, It Shall Come To Pass!!! I believe and pray that this single will help to encourage everybody to raise their antenna's of great expectation of the things of God being fulfilled in their lives cause HE'S GONNA DO IT!!!!"
