The new NFL season is going to begin sometime Thursday night at the green bay packers who are going to be visiting the defending champion Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks followed by a full slate of games Sunday and Monday night. The Seahawks are able to run a defensive ball despite the fact that there is a passing mania in many of the cities. Apparently, Caroll threw the Quarterback competition open and gave it to a newbie w ho incidentally played better than the old hands at the time. Apparently, it is going to be a perfect storm as Seattle is going to be good for a while; however, this will be as long as the Browns had it.

In other news, the Cleveland Browns have had a three game gauntlet to open the season which includes the division foes, Pittsburg of course as well as Baltimore along with the Super Bowl champions. Apparently, that is the way it is going to look from here. The New Orleans Saints may become quite a challenge this season and some rumors suggest that they are going to win the Super Bowl this time. Some of the updates for the upcoming season include the fact that the Buffalo Bills traded up to draft Sammy Watkins, however, the jury is still out for QB E.J. Manuel as well as Kiko Alonso and Jairus Byrd who is a free agent. When it comes to the Miami Dolphins, there should be less drama with the bullying scandal figures Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin who are now gone at this time.

When it comes to the AFC South,  the  Houston Texas lost their final fourteen games, though the bounce back hopefuls are very much there after the draft pass phenom Jadeveon Clowney first overall. As for the Tennessee Titans, this is the make or break time, especially considering the QB: Jake Locker.
