Broadway Classical 'Annie': Find Out Release Dates and More
"It's a hard knock life" indeed for fans of the famous Broadway musical, "Annie," as the said initial release date of the movie will be released December of this year.
"Annie," a musical, which originally is known as a Broadway classic is about a young orphan girl who dreams of finding the perfect family. Maltreated by the woman in her foster home, Annie tries to live up to her beliefs and has built a friendship with the other orphans in the foster home. Trying to make ends meet and living in an orphanage in New York, Annie is brought over to the house of a millionaire who wasn't very keen on having or even being around children.
The remake of the popular musical brought a few raised eyebrows from various critics as Annie was known as the mischievous, street smart, red head who won the hearts of many with her "Tomorrow, Tomorrow I love you, tomorrow," classic.
The remake is directed by Will Gluck and will star Quvenzhane Wallis as Annie, Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz. Fans of the musical will now be able to relive the brand new "Annie" movie that includes dancing on the street and a whole lot of talented kids singing their hearts out.
The release date of the movie is said to be on Dec. 19, 2014.
Fans are excited to hear the renditions of the famous songs from the musical and how well each character will be able to bring the spirit of Christmas to their movie goers.
It's a hard knock life indeed for those who will have to wait a few more months before, "Annie," will be released in theaters around the state but fans are all the more excited for the movie. Catch "Annie," which will premier on Dec. 19, 2014 in the USA.
