The Legend of Korra Release Date Plus Some Latest News on the Game: Set for release on October 21 and 22 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360
Another animated TV series turned into a video game is here, The Legend of Korra. What's in it? Well, this game is a combat game published by Activision and developed by Platinum Games. It's a third person set video game supporting a single-player only rule, where the gamer controls the heroine named 'Korra' who has the ability to alter the elements of water, air, earth and fire. And once gamers beat the game, they will have access to the Pro-bending arena.
Before, there was 'Avatar: The Last Air Bender' where we have Aang. Now comes Korra. Fans have long been waiting for this game since the show aired on Nickelodeon. The game consists of play modes, story information and voice actors such as Janet Varney for Korra, PJ Byrne for Bolin and David Faustino for the voice of Mako.
So far, gamers were thrilled and dismayed (a bit) at the same time, since they also wish to control the characters of Mako and Bolin too, but developers and publishers have not yet talked nor announced about considering the change of the single-player rule. But maybe, it can happen soon (we hope so. Fingers crossed.)
But let's not forget that the heroine comes with amazing skills and surprises too, which Platinum games has designed for avid gamers. The game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4 on October 21 and on October 22 for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for at least $15.
