The Evil Within Gameplay & Release Date: Bethesda Reveals Trailer Video of Upcoming Horror Game, Expect an Endless Death Race
The Evil Within, also known as "Psycho Break" is a survival horror video game, ready to be released on October 14. The upcoming game will be available for consoles PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and also for Microsoft Windows. The game is developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks.
Bethesda recently posted a YouTube trailer video of the upcoming horror game. It shows enemies with gas-powered weapons, a maze of tripwires with spikes flying in your direction, and endless enemies coming your way from one trap room to another. This game is surely going to kill you in every way it can.
There's also Ruvik, the central antagonist of the game. He teleports around, sometimes getting real close but never lays a hand.
The trailer also offers some tips on how to survive the endless death game, including stealth and throwing objects to distract the enemies.
The Evil Within is played from a third-person view as players take the role of Sebastian Castellanos. Players need to survive by running and fighting, as they also scavenge for supplies.
Sebastian Castellanos is a veteran police detective, who is aided by colleagues Juli Kidman and Joseph Oda. As they investigate a certain mass murder, they discover a mysterious and powerful force. Sebastian is later ambushed and knocked unconscious. He then wakes up in a deranged world, surrounded by hideous creatures. He now has to survive the terror he's in.
